The State of French-Second-Language Education in Canada research reports examine how well French-second-language (FSL) programs are faring across Canada, using common indicators of effective support for FSL programs.
Statistics on Enrolment Across Canada
CPF gathers data from ministries of education and presents enrolment figures by province/territory, by year, and by type of FSL program. All ministries divide enrolment into core French and immersion, while some are able to differentiate enrolment into early, middle and late immersion and into regular and alternate core French.
